21 February 2013 Is TDS applicable on Service tax on Office Rent? if it is not applicable then please tell me from when it is implemented.

21 February 2013 No its not applicable !! This is clearly mentioned in the CIRCULAR NO. 4/2008, DATED 28-4-2008, as to deduct TDS on rental amount exclusive of Service tax.
