21 April 2014 if indivisual resident is paying taxable salery to other indivisual resident and payer is subject to tax audit in current financial year but was not under tax audit in p/y. wheter he is liable to deduct tds or not?

21 April 2014 In case of salary irrespective of Tax Audit TDS needs to be deducted by the employer.
