I have purchased a house for Rs. 60,00,000/-. Please let me know whether I should pay TDS @ 1% on entire value for Rs. 60,00,000/- or the difference amount Rs. 10,00,000/- i.e. Rs. 60,00,000/- - Rs. 50,00,000/-.
