MR x monthly salary is Rs 50,000 but for the past 7-8 months he is getting a salary of RS 25000/- but the employer is saying he will deduct TDS on RS 50000/-. Is it correct to deduct TDS on the full amount of salary while the employee is receiving only 50% of the salary?
