23 April 2014 If employee given business loss details, whether the employer can set-off from salary income or employer should deduct TDS from Salary income?

23 April 2014 no you can not set off the business loss set off with salary income. employer can give only house property loss set off.


as per law business loss set off angst business income not the salary head.
