18 December 2013 Hello Sir, I have purchased a Plant and Machinery Repairing Bill @ Rs. 1 Lac my query is TDS is applicable or not on rapairing bills. if yess please tell us minimum limits and rate of TDS

18 December 2013 Yes it will covered under technical consultancy @ 10%. The limit is 30,000 in a year.

tds applicable on repair charge of machinery

so in your case tds 194C applicable
