I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH WOULD BE THE TDS % ON RENT FROM COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. WHAT ARE THE SLAB RATES OF TDS AND METHOD OF DEDUCTION?

24 September 2008 15% for individual owners and 20% if the owner is a otherthan individual.
deduct the TDS from Rent payble.
TDS is applicable only if the rent is morethan 120000p.a.
