06 July 2015 dear friends we r paying office rent 15000/- per month without deducting TDs due to total amount not exceed 1,80,000/- ...so please advise that we should TDs deduct or not if we are paying TDs 1,80,000/- p.a.......thanks

06 July 2015 Since threshold limit of Rs 1.80 Lacs is not crossed you are not required to deduct TDS.
