TDS on Reimbursement of Godown Rent

Please confirm,whether TDS is applicable or not, on reimbursement of godown rent to C & F agent , who is claiming his reimbursement through separate bill ?

01 June 2011 No, TDS is applicable on the first receipt which forms the part of Income, not on the remitance, and where the charges are collected in form of PURE AGENT then they shall not be liable for TDS.
And hence in the given case no TDS is required.
