31 March 2015 Whether Software purchase from aborad; payable in convertible in foreign; whether tds appliable? are we supposed to deduct tds ?

31 March 2015 As per section 9(1)(vi) the payment is covered under 'royalty'and ,accordingly, income tax has to be deducted under section 195.
