23 August 2016 If i am purchasing two properties from one builder & both property have consideration of Rs.40,00,000/- each

Is i liable to deduct TDS u/s 194IA ??

23 August 2016 No, you are not liable to deduct tds because the consideration of Rs. 50 lakhs as mentioned in the section is property wise and not otherwise.
