An administrator has been appointed by Government of Delhi in a Cooperative Group Housing Society on a remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
After paying 3 months remuneration, shall TDS have to be deducted under Sec. 194J (Professional) catagory?

It is salary section 192 applicable. No TDS as it is below basic exemption limit.
