Tds on payment of security service

27 January 2015 hello sir

i booked security service exp.and service tax amount shown desperately in invoice and now i have not take input credit of such input service. so on which amount i will deducted tds. on amount with service tax or without,?

27 January 2015 TDS is to be deducted on basic amount (i.e. without service tax)

27 January 2015 you have to deductthe tds on service amount w/o considering the service tax amount.
