Tds on payment of advertisment bill

I have to pay advertisment bill amounts to Rs. 60,000/-. is TDS applicable on it. if yes than at what rate and under which section??

TDS will apply u/s.194C. Incase single payment exceeds Rs.30000 and bill value for entire year exceeds Rs.75000. rate will be 1% in case of non corporate deductee and 2% for corporate deductee
