We made a payment of Rs. 1 Lac to (RERC - Rajasthan Electicity Regulatory Commission) against Transmission license application fees for a transmission project and 15 Lac against obtain transmission License fees
But i am confused there is any liability of Deduction of TDS under section 194C.
Please solve my query.

RERC is a Govt body TDS not applicable.
