19 December 2015 Sir,

I am Syam , Acct. in a pvt. ltd Co.

On 13-11-15 (FY 2015-16) Our company made a payment Eur.504 (Rs.36102) to a

Italian party as marketing Exp(Here single pay. exceeds Rs.30000/-) for Obtaining

Export Orders,This Party has no permanent establishment and PAN in India,

Sir My Question is that whether TDS is Deducted Or Not
