Whether TDS is deductible on payment to a tour operator for Holiday Package (including air fare, hotel stay etc.). We are paying to the tour operator on a lump sum basis @ Rs 15000/- per person and the detailed breakup of components like air fare, hotel etc is not provided. Bill is raised @Rs 15000 per person for 10 persons - Total Amt Rs 150000. No service tax has been charged. If TDS is to be deducted, please specify the section under which it would be deducted.
