Tds on installation and commission charges

29 March 2017 We purchased machinery for Rs. 30 lacs. In addition, seller charged
separately Rs. 1.75 lacs towards installation and commissioning
charges.

Please clarify whether TDS will be deducted on Rs. 1.75 lacs
If yes, under what section.
