23 March 2017 can u please tell whether tds is deductible in case of freight charges paid to non resident. thanks in advance.

23 March 2017 As per section 40(a)(i),Any sum paid to non resident which is chargeable under income tax Act should be paid after deducting TDS, otherwise such expense is not allowed
