28 October 2015 Dear Sir,

we are send Remittance to china for aviation support services ( ground handling , fuel, helipad service ) . please tell me we are detected TDS this Remittance or not.

28 October 2015 These remittance is for service rendered out side India which is not taxable in India, hence no TDS applicable.
