Dear Sir,
Please advice me how to deduct TDS for the vendor supplied Material for constructing shed and for fabrication work. he given lumsum amount , he didn't bifurcated how much material cost and what is labor cost,and also he don't have Service Tax

In absence of bifurcation deduct TDS on total amount u/s 194C.
