Respected Experts,
sir, my client is making marketing expenses to facebook registerd in ireland.
we received tax residency certificate from ireland govt.
sir..... is their any libility to deduct TDS from my part when i made payemnt to Facebook. nd wat is the procedure.
pls sir help me ASAP.

you have to make tds deduction u/s 195 if they have indian PAN then rate prescribed in u/s 195 otherwise you have to deduced @20% tds on the payment amount.
