ABC a pvt ltd co. providing professional services under contract has sent a certificate to deduct tds @ 0.02% , so i have to deduct tds @0.02% or 2% kindly clarify.

02 February 2016 If certificate has been issued by Income Tax to deduct TDS @ lower rate, then you have to deduct @rate specified in certificate.
