26 January 2015 I have download the justification report but it is available in csv format and I am unable to open that file in excel utility, the problem is only in justification of report year 2008-09 and 2009-10

26 January 2015 1. Justification Report Excel Sheet can be generated by downloading the “TRACES-Justification-Report-Generation-Utility-V1.0” from the following link:

2. Now, provide the path of unzipped report downloaded from TRACES website and the path of the output folder where you want this report to be generated.

3. Click on “Generate Report” button to generate the report.

Please note, to generate the report you have to enable the macros in the excel
sheet.

27 January 2015 you are right sir but the utility only browse text file not csv file .
