 Can a Pvt Ltd company file IT Returns befor deducting TDS AND REMITTING THE SAME.?

 No one denies if it can afford the risk of disallowances and consequential penalties.
The Auditors' Report will have suitable note
for that.
.
Without completing the TDS formalities, it is not advisable to file the Return in haste.
