Tds from office cleaning boy

01 July 2015 Sir,

I am working in a NGO. We have keep a boy for cleaning of office and preparation of tea. We pay him Rs. 240/- per day for 20 days in a month.

Kindly suggest me should I deduct TDS on his payment?
