01 May 2009 Untill new forms will not be updated on the site, you can deposit the TDS in old form.

01 May 2009 Hold on till 6th May, we will get some clarification from CBDT on which form to use.

03 May 2009 As there is not any clarification from CBDT you have to wait & watch , but still you want to pay TDS you can deposit in old Form
