29 June 2016 TDS remitted to dept in excess, so what will be the time limit to adjust the excess paid TDS??

Also can excess TDS remitted u/s 194J be adjusted towards 194I or 194C??

29 June 2016 yes you can adj the tds excess paid by you, till assessment not made. there no diff in section by deptt. now you can adj the balance against the laibility.
