Tds doubt

10 September 2012 There is a building for which rent is Rs.25000 per month.For the whole year it is Rs.300000.
However there are 4 owners for same building (a,b,c,d).Company is paying Rs.6250 per month to each of them.
Whether TDS applicable in this case?????

10 September 2012 TDS not required to be deducted as the threshold limit is in respect of single payee.
