Tds doubt (Income Tax)

 There is a building for which rent is Rs.25000 per month.For the whole year it is Rs.300000.
However there are 4 owners for same building (a,b,c,d).Company is paying Rs.6250 per month to each of them.
Whether TDS applicable in this case?????

 TDS not required to be deducted as the threshold limit is in respect of single payee.

 yes, i agree with the expert. No need to deduct TDS as it is below the individual payee limit.
