Tds deduction for contractors (proprietor) without pan card

20 July 2015 Hi.. We need to make a payment of Rs 95000/- to an caterer (proprietor). He informed that he does not have pan card, hence we are deducting tds @20%. Please correct me if I am wrong.. Thanks in advance for your help. Rajalakshmi
