15 June 2016 If Invoice Basic amount is Rs 100 + Vat Rs 10 + Service Tax RS 10 Total invoice amount is 120 then how to deduct TDS under 194C?

15 June 2016 Dear Suraj,
In the above case, TDS u/s 194 c to be deducted for Rs. 110 /- (i.e. Basic Value Rs 100 + VAT Rs 10). While calculating TDS, Service Tax should not be included.
