I get 50000rs as variable from my company and tds deducted 5000rs so how it is correct and can i claim for refund through return file.

TDS has been deducted at 10%.
If TDS has been deducted u/s 194J, you will have to file ITR 4 and claim refund of the same.
You can also claim expenses incurred to earn this income.

Sir,in which column i have to right this details in itr4 & how means first i have to indicate 50000 as variable and its tds?

Rs. 50000 shall be your income. Reduce expenses incurred to earn this income.
TDS shall be shown under tax paid.

I show my gross salary +this insentive which i received=my total income then declare my tds paid on insentive so what will be new tax rate how to show and how to calculate ?
