hey, i had a fd with a bank and the bank did not had my pan number but has deducted tbs at 20%.now how can i get my refund the tds amt is ard 16000 n i dont have tds certificate too.

You need to request your Bank to revise the TDS Return by giving your PAN. Once they revise the TDS Return and show your PAN in the return you will get credit of TDS. After that you can claim refund by filing your income tax return.
