21 May 2013 IF THE SENIOR CITIZEN IS 80 YEARS & IS HAVING ONLY INCOME FROM RENTING A FLAT WHICH IS APPROX 3.12 LACS P.A.

HOW TO AVOID THE TDS DEDUCTION ?

But you can claim refund of the TDS deducted.
