sir/madam, In new itr form for AY09-10, there is UTN code column in tds certificate details so please tell from where we will get UTN Code because in FY08-09 there is no UTN Code provided at the time of e-Tds return filing or tds challan submitting.

BASICALLY THIS UTN WILL ISSUE BY THE DEPTT.IN A.Y.10-11 CHALLANS (FORM 17),SO UTN IS NOT REQUIRED TO MENTION ANYWHERE IN A.Y.09-10 FORM 16 OR 16A,LEAVE BLANK UTN PORTION
