29 November 2014 I want to know how to download TDS certificate from the site? Which site has to be used for the same?. whether TRACES or NSDL please reply. I want to give one TDS certificate to a Contractor. Also please let me know how to Issue online Cform from MVAT site. which form has to be filled for the same. What are procedures for online application of C form?. Please explain me in details. Thanks

29 November 2014 you can register tan with the site tdscpc.gov.in and then you make request for related quarter and after that you get for 16A.

taxguru.in/income-tax/download-form-16-part-tdscpc-website.html

for C form you contact to your sales tax deptt. ward and get user id and password.

after that you file the request and then you get C form.
