Tds _ brokerage

25 July 2014 I paid total brokerage of Rs. 503736/-
& i have not deduct TDS on it as i am not liable under 44AB.
so can I claim Brokerage as Expenses under
Income tax ?

25 July 2014 if u have not deducted tds on this transaction then no exp is allowed while computing income from business or profession.
