27 April 2017 Is it tds applicable on branding expenses e.g.flex printing, board printing, when party raise invoice to us including vat + extra transportation charges or any charges but no service tax in invoice ?

28 April 2017 in my opinion there is no TDS if VAT is levied bcz this amounts to sale.
