no tds applicable on purchase items . its supply with agreement or not there is no diff. its only attract VAT which is charged on invoice by vendor.

Hi Chandru, TDS is applicable only if the procurement is done based on custom requirements or by contract, & TDS won't be applicable for general purchase.
