can an order u/s 201 for default can be passed with show cause notice.
Further for the FY 2005-06 24 q wgere e reurn has been filed in finacial year 2006-07 for 24q4 , the order of default can be passed on 25-03-2011 is not time barred as per variuos judicial pronoucements
