07 February 2017 If a company hire generator from any other company/individual and also there was an agreement between them for providing generator then under which section TDS will be deductible. whether 194C or 194I??

TDS is to be deducted u/s 194I(A) as rent paid for plant and machinery (movables) and threshold limit is Rs. 1,80,000/-
