I want to ask one thing that if i have been asked a software company to make a software accourding to our need and company prepered it and sale it to our company
now my question arises did we have to deduct Tds and pay the amount

05 February 2016 TDS applicable on purchase of customized software .And my opinion is as per,

NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2012 [F.No.142/10/2012-SO(TPL)] S.O. 1323(E)DATED 13-6-2012
