03 August 2009 during the audit i found that there was payment to professional u/s 194J 21500/- in f/y 08-09, but there is not TDS deduted is fully dis-allowed or not plssssssss

03 August 2009 If the expenses is dr. in march month then you can pay this amount before due date of return filing to allowances.

In all other cases it is disallowed.
