26 November 2015 If a party deducte the TDS on Advance Payment, when we submite our bill.Can he also deducted tds on our bill too.

26 November 2015 NO.TDS IS DEDUCTED ONLY ONCE. GENERALLY AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT OR ENTRY IN ACCOUNTS WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. MOREOVER IT DEPENDS ON NATURE OF PAYMENT.
