sir I made online sales and there are charges of online sites. These sites send the invoice of charges to us. Please help me to know in which section i should deduct TDS. It should be section 194H or 194C

THERE IS NO TDS ON ONLINE SALES. BUT THERE MAY BE TDS FOR ONLINE SITES. I THINK IT SHOULD BE UNDER SECTION 194C SINCE IT IS NOT COMMISSION ON SALES AND HAS NO RELATION WITH THE TURNOVER.
