22 June 2015 Dear sir,

We have deducted tax on payment to contractor but not paid and Subsequently we have not included in last years Tds return.What will be the consequences we will have to face.

22 June 2015 you have to pay intt, on late deposit of tds and also penalty to be lavied by the deptt.
