13 June 2015 Our company making payment to contractor/ servicer provider arranged by us on behalf of another company. Service provider raising the bill in the name of our company and we are claiming reimbursement of these expenses by raising debit note.
Whether TDS to be deducted on payment made to contractor/service provider.
