Yes possible. In case of short deduction of tds, bank authorised to debit to your principal account i.e, FD account or SB account as the case may be.

But sir rs.7/- It's very small. I don't understand
Suppose If my interest 10050/- than TDS should be 1050/-.if bank deduct monthly than it should be 87/-.
