23 August 2014 I have to pay more than 2 lakh to a transporter during a financial year, Now should I deduct TDS if not then how to file eTDS as zero tds amount is not filed

24 August 2014 If PAN is provided not required to deduct TDS. You can flag the transaction under Transporter Flag showing TDS as NIL.
