acully one pvt.ltd.co(cons.work)have taken a piller(equipement) on hiring basis from a p.firm, its billing is 20000 so my query is is this attract TDS & yes then at what rate..

u/s 194-I tds will be required if the amt exceeds 120000 per year. so here if this is the only transaction, than no tax deduction required.
